MY STORY IS DIFFERENT, BUT IT'S MINE
SO HERE IT GOES ...
Designing + visually communicating has been my thing since my sophomore year in high school. I earned a degree in Interactive Media and in Visual Communications shortly after.
I went on to work at a 9-5 cubical type job, but always had freelance projects on the side to break up the day to day routine. After my job did their second round of layoffs, I dove in deep into my freelance projects to keep me afloat.
When my workload got so big I didn't have time to look for another 9-5 job, I took the leap to create iRull Designs and turned my side hustle into my full time business.
I established iRull Designs in 2016, but my niche has changed throughout the years.
"I dream of design, and then I design my dream"
THIS IS WHERE IT GETS DIFFERENT
Then came the uphill battle of being noticed in a male dominating world...
I come from a family of fighters. My dad and my uncle boxed and my grandpa was a combat sports referee. Boxing, MMA, and all combat sports has shaped me into the disciplined and hard working individual I am now. I am a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and have competed all over the nation.
I made my mark in the fight world not only by competing but by creating fight posters and actions shots for combat sport promotions. So when I say, I understand the struggle of:
1. Being taken seriously
2. Being noticed in a competition saturated world
3. Having the confidence to even show up
Trust me I get it... but we all have fight in us to keep showing up!
HOBBY → SIDE HUSTLE → FULL TIME BUSINESS
My passion is to help you do the same!
My Why
Every day I was thankful to be able to live a life I created and make a living doing something I absolutely love while raising my son! Earning my spot in combat sports was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
After thriving in that field, I decided to rebrand to help with small business owners make their dreams come true too! My favorite thing about this is I get to share all my experiences about branding myself to reach my ideal clients just like you!
I had no idea working with so many other entrepreneurs, sharing our struggles and celebrating our victories could be the most inspiring and rewarding career I could ask for!
